Elders Easy Sale
It’s smart, it’s different, and it works.
- We supply buyers with a standard submission form, which they complete with their contact details, the price they are happy to submit, and any conditions relevant to their submission such as finance approval or building/pest inspections. The submission is returned to our office by an advertised closing time.
- Immediately after the Elders Easy Sale submissions close, we meet with the owners to discuss the submissions and take their instructions regarding how they would like to proceed.
- It is also possible for buyers to request that their submission be considered by the owners ahead of the closing date.
- Owners may simply accept the most favourable or highest submission, and in some cases there may be an opportunity for buyers to revise their submission if not successful.
