Former Bull’s Head Hotel Sells At Auction
In his address to the crowd, Auctioneer Martin Skahill said ‘the property could best be described as an open book in a sensational location, surrounded by parkland and no immediate neighbours’. Martin also observed that having a Commercial 1 Zoning – the highest level of commercial zoning – the possibilities for the future use and development of the site are wide open, including for residential uses.
Throughout the auction campaign, we have enjoyed hearing clients recall their fond memories of occasions (or simply Friday evenings!) celebrated at the former Hotel which was built in the late 1950’s.
We wish to again acknowledge and thank the vendor Mr Peter Svanasio for entrusting the sale of this very special and unique property to our company Elders Real Estate. We were delighted to announce to the crowd shortly after the auction that a sale was negotiated between Mr Svanasio and the highest bidder.
